Tuition and fees do not cover 100% of the cost of an education annually. Every effort must be made to reduce the school dependency on tuition-generated revenues to keep the school competitive with other schools. The Annual Fund helps the school make up the difference, bridging the gap between tuition and the total operating costs of educating each young Buccaneer. This year we have decided to appeal to the competitive Buccaneer spirit. We are having a contest to see which graduating class of O'Connell, Kirwin, Dominican, and Ursuline has the most Buccaneer spirit. The class with the most donations will receive a Buccaneer Spirit Stick to be presented at a free reunion at OC catered by Smooth Tony's and a DJ. Tours of the school will be provided. All bragging rights included! Business and corporate donations can be donated in a class's name. Be sure to indicate on what class's behalf all donations are made. O'Connell is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit educational institution. All donations, personal, business, or corporate, are tax deductible. The cut-off date for donations to go towards a graduating class is April 18, 2021.
